Shipping Information

Most orders are delivered in 5-7 business days post the shipping date; however, please know that Krishna Swimming Wear (Lactra)  will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, please inform us within 24 hours of the order placement by filling this form or emailing us at with the subject “Order Cancellation”. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

•   Visit My Orders under the “My Account” section.

•   Select item/s to be returned of the selected order.

•   Choose a reason for return and add images as applicable.

•   Select the pick-up address and click on “Proceed”.

•   Only purchases made on www.lactra.in are eligible for returns.

•   Return requests should be raised within 15 days from delivery.

•   To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging.

•   You can always choose between replacement and refund.

•   Refund will be processed only in valid cases

 

 

Return Guidelines:
1. Damaged External Packaging:

  • If the packaging is damaged, we don’t accept the package.
  • Report immediately through the Get in Touch
  • Once the return is accepted by our warehouse, the refund gets queued for processing to the banking partners and will be refunded according to bank’s standard time.

Please furnish images of Damaged/Different Products to substantiate the claim.

Free reverse pick-up gets arranged by us if the area is serviceable by our courier partner; otherwise, self-shipment is required.
Once the return is accepted by our warehouse, the refund gets queued for processing to the banking partners and will be refunded according to bank’s standard time.

Providing images showing the full front and back views of the defective product, the product label, and highlighting the area of defect will expedite our assistance.

Upon acceptance of your claim, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement for the garment. Please note that refunds are applicable only for purchases made through www.lactra.in. Additionally, we may request the defective product for internal analysis and inspection purposes.
